[EL] JudgeIt Calculations

Hi,

I'm interested in calculating partisan bias and electoral responsiveness for
states' Congressional delegations over the last few election cycles. I've
compiled all the relevant election data but unfortunately I don't have the
technical skills to use the JudgeIt software. If anyone does have the
expertise and is willing to lend me a hand, can you please let me know?
