[EL] ELB news and commentary 7/24/11

Just a quick note.

I'm normally one of the many members of this listserv who depend on the 
Election Law Blog for consistently intriguing news and commentary.   As 
a consumer, I also find that it's all too easy to forget the enormous 
amount of time and energy that's required to make the product useful.  
This past week, I once again had the privilege of drinking from the fire 
hose, and wondering anew how Rick manages this on top of everything 
else, day in and day out.

So, fresh from the reminder, it seemed like an appropriate occasion to 
thank Rick again for the tremendous resource that he offers.   Thanks, 
Rick.  I still don't know how you do it.
