This Colbert riff features clips of Dick Morris and Karl Rove talking
about their independent expenditure-only PACs on the air:

And here's one example, from Media Matters, of Huckabee doing the same:
http://mediamatters.org/research/200910050002
The Washington Post subsequently reported that "Fox executives told
Huckabee to stop plugging" a website linked to his PAC "on the air after
learning that it linked to his political action committee, which the
network deemed a conflict of interest":

Ken Vogel's article about Colbert's FEC filing quotes a few people as
stating that FOX pundits routinely promote their PACs on air. I assume
they're mainly talking about Rove, Palin, and Huckabee. Can anybody
point me to transcripts or clips where they do this? Thanks.
