Rick and everyone,

Just wanted to let you know that I am no longer with The Bopp Law Firm, but
am now Deputy General Counsel at Friends of Herman Cain, Inc. The Wall
Street Journal has a nice write-up about how three of us from Jim Bopp's
firm are working for Mr. Cain.

My understanding, though, is that Jim has not endorsed any of the
contenders, so the fact that some of his former associates are working for
Mr. Cain should not be construed as indicating anything about Jim's
