[EL] does anyone have US Government's Bluman v FEC brief?

Bluman v FEC, in the US Supreme Court, 11-275, is the interesting case on whether it is unconstitutional to make it illegal for a legal resident alien who is not admitted permanently to contribute money to a federal candidate.

The FEC's brief was due today, Nov. 14.  I wonder if anyone on this list has a link to it?
