[EL] State Constitution-Based Challenge to Partisan Redistricting

Greetings,

Does anyone know of challenges to a legislature's redistricting as being
overly partisan that is based on a state constitution?

I know of challenges in AZ, CA, CO, RI, SC, and  WV which were where based
on specific constitutional provisions relating how apportionment should be
done (i.e. compactness), but what I am seeking a challenge where that
state's constitution does not contain such specific provisions. Any leads
would be greatly appreciated.
