[EL] New study on disclosure laws

Dear Colleagues,

 

The Institute for Justice has released a report I prepared on campaign
finance disclosure laws for ballot issues.  The report challenges the
conventional wisdom that disclosure laws are beneficial and impose low
costs on citizens.
