[EL] DRAFT updated election law teacher database

I will be teaching "Election Law and the Presidency" at University of Pennsylvania Law School Fall 2011 and Fordham Law School Spring 2012.  I use Goldfeder's Modern Election Law and excerpts of various books and articles, including Abner Greene's Understanding the 2000 Election and William Rehnquist's Centennial Crisis (1876 Election).
