[EL] Record: GOP out of sync in DC and Trenton

 Colleagues:

The Record (New Jersey) provides an interesting news analysis of the pending pay-to-play transparency Executive Order, which would require full disclosure of political spending by federal government contractors. New Jersey Republicans have long supported New Jersey's pay-to-play law, which is the strictest in the nation, when they are in Trenton -- but sing a very different tune when in Washington DC.
