Document attached, FYI. Of particular interest is the information on state
house districts 41 and 149. HD 41 is the district created for State Rep.
Aaron Pena, a Democrat who switched parties and became a Republican earlier
this year. 149 was the old Hubert Vo district which is now in Williamson
County as opposed to Houston, and Vo was paired (if memory serves) with
Scott Hochberg.
