[EL] Election Administration Corruption at the Fairest College?

I'm not sure if this list will tolerate a discussion of a situation in which
no corporations are involved, but this is kinda fun from my alma mater:
student body treasurer accused of misusing real-time electronic election
results (why would these ever be available mid-election?) by telling an ally
candidate how he was doing, in an effort to encourage strategic voting and
prevent a top two runoff; as a result, the treasurer resigns her position,
and now there are accusations of unfair horse-trading to fill her vacancy as
