[EL] "Guise of the Attorney General's office" should perhaps be "impersonating [or some similar word or phrase] the Indiana AG's office"

The headline below is not very clear, though perhaps I'm the only one who was confused. I thought it meant that the AG's office (initially I thought the US AG's office) was involved with the making of political calls. Instead, the story is that the Indiana AG (whose name, Zoeller, I didn't know) is investigating political calls made (by others) where the caller id would sometimes identify the caller as the state AG's office.
