[EL] former Congressman Virgil Goode nominated for president by Constitution Party

Former Virginia Congressman Virgil Goode is the Constitution Party's presidential nominee.  He was chosen today at the party's national convention in Nashville.  He represented Virginia in Congress 1996-2008.  He was defeated for re-election in 2008 by only 737 votes.  He was elected to Congress as a Democrat twice, as an independent once (in 2000), and as a Republican 2002-2006.
