It's horrifying that you and the 5 other plaintiffs would be stuck with
such a large judgment for attorney fees, but I wonder what your attorney,
Guatam Dutta, was thinking when he sought ~$2 million in fees (setting
aside the question of who prevailed, that would be 4,000 billable hours at
$500/hr), and whether, if not for that pursuit, the parties would have been
ordered to bear their own attorney fees.
