Hi all,
I'm looking for election law/reform experts to discuss Norm Ornstein's
recent push for a lottery with a million-dollar-payout to increase voter
turnout. Is it legal? Smart? Crazy? Here's his NYT op-ed:

Do you have a strong opinion on this?
Tomorrow at 10AM HuffPost Live launches. It's the 24-hour streaming network
of the Huffington Post.* I'll be hosting a segment on this topic tomorrow
evening around 6PM PT, and I am looking for guests to join me via
webcam. If interested, please send me an e-mail to
jacob.soboroff at huffingtonpost.com (cc'ed here) and I will have a producer
send you the connection information. *More background on HuffPost Live

If you blog for HuffPost, or even if you don't, I look forward to having
many conversations about election law and reform in the near future, so
please don't hesitate to be in touch ASAP with
comments/suggestions/ideas/etc.
All best,
--
