[EL] Mitt's returns & Obama's records

Finally, I address Mr. Moore.

Rick Hasen and I are on opposite sides on numerous policy arguments.
However, I respect him as an academic and even like him as person. We just
happen to frequently disagree. Anyway, I also recognize that this is
*his *ListServe.
He certainly devotes the most time to it. If the time ever comes that Rick
thinks I'm a "hack" "whose primary skill is insisting" I'm "not a hack,"
then I will sadly renounce my membership. Until then, I'm going to remain
and continue to comment, even if some don't like it.
Joe
