Michael Herron and I would like to encourage members of the list 
attending APSA in New Orleans to attend what promises to be an 
outstanding panel. Peter Wielhouwer is serving as chair and Matt Barreto 
is serving as our discussant.

Law Journal), instead examines the impact of Florida's House Bill 
1355--which cracked down on third-party voter registration groups in the 
state--on voter registration in 2011, compared to four years earlier.
