[EL] Request for data on ballot initiatives

hi all:

I am look for cites/data on the following:

1. Is there any evidence of voter fatigue or drop off in voting when they are asked to vote on multiple ballot initiatives at the same time?

2.  Any data on how often courts overturn ballot initiatives?

3.  Can anyone point to circumstances where voters in the same election approved ballot initiatives that were contradictory?
