With New York now reporting, I tally 129.1 million votes for president, and
estimate 130.2 million total ballots counted, for a voting-eligible turnout
rate for president of 58.9% and 59.4% for total ballots counted. See:

There may be minor changes to these statistics when new data become
available, such as updates to the components of the denominator and any
further information on unofficial write-in votes for president and total
ballots counted.
