[EL] ELB News and Commentary 2/3/12

Perhaps it is also an argument why the Court (and other courts generally)
should do a much better job of opening up their proceedings -- they should
make current and historical records available online. I'm thinking here in
particular about the briefs filed by the amici, as well as historic
decisions like *Buckley* and *Austin*, which are not on the Court's site.
