*"Quid pro quo" corruption is impossible with a Super PAC because they
cannot coordinate their activities with a candidate, so their is no bargin.*
Just as a loan shark could never tell someone who owes him money to pay his
debts to a front business, a candidate could never tell a donor seeking
favors to give his money to a "non-coordinated" group that just happens to
be running ads in favor of the candidate and against all his opponents in
targeted states, thus giving the candidate the benefit of the money while
skirting donation limits.
Obviously, a SuperPAC could *never* serve as a front for a campaign
organization. Why, for that to be plausible, SuperPACs would have to be
staffed with confidantes and former employees of the candidates, be
familiar with those candidates' policies and political styles, and remain
loyal to those candidates. It's impossible!
