Dear EL Members,

I'm hoping that someone can help me to aid one of my students.  I have an exceptionally bright undergraduate student who is interested in researching contemporary and historic issues in African election law.  She may also have the opportunity to conduct field research in Africa in the not too distant future.  Since African law is outside of my area of expertise, I was hoping to learn if there are any scholars in the U.S. or Africa who would be able to assist us by recommending relevant resources and African universities where field research could be conducted.
