[EL] Democratic congressman may be removed from ballot

FWIW, the objections are primarily based on a circulator of ~400 of
Altmire's 1600 signature lines (needing 1000 to be on the ballot) who is
registered to vote in the district at her parents' home, but who allegedly
lives outside the district.
