[EL] winning in Congress but not living in the district

Last decade during the Arizona redistricting, it was discovered that Bob
Stump was not living in his district and that he had perhaps falsified his
voter registration to indicate that he was living at his place of business.
No formal charges were brought against him, to my knowledge.

Lyndon Johnson won the 1937 special election for the 10th District of
Texas. He was not living there and, I believe, never had lived there.

To the best of my knowledge I cannot find an example dating all the way back
to 1842 when Congress mandated single-member districts for Congress.
