[EL] query/looking for a publisher

Hi all:

 I am looking for advice on a publisher.


I have produced a 55 page (1.5 space) booklet entitled *The Ten Rules of
Contemporary Politics.*  It is meant to be a non-scholarly non-partisan,
somewhat humorous yet still learned booklet for citizens, journalists,
and politico types on how to interpret and make sense of elections.  It
is based on my years of teaching and scholarly work in political
science, my political work running campaigns, and most importantly, my
extensive political commentary for the local, national, and
international media. 


I am looking for publishers who would be interested in turning the
manuscript around quickly and publishing it so that it is out for the
2012 elections.  It would need minimal editing and mostly production and
marketing.  I want a publisher who has a sense of adventure and
willingness to move.  This is a good publication and it has the
potential to sell and get good exposure.


I am writing to see if you have any ideas regarding publishers who might
find this type of project enticing.  Any leads or suggestions would be
helpful.  I am interested in moving ASAP.
