Hopefully he's also informing of the information that's actually relevant to
voter ID. Presence of votes from dead persons is most likely NOT something that
voter ID will have any effect on.

1. My immediate questions: Were the dead voters absentee? If so, that would be
inside fraud and would not be mitigated by voter ID.

2. Did the dead voters cluster into precincts? If so, that would be poll worker
fraud and would not be mitigated by voter ID.

3. How accurate are the voter history lists? I found a 3% error rate in the
Shelby County voter lists, showing people who voted did not vote, and vice
versa. The problem appears to be narrowing down to problems with the voter
history database software or insiders adjusting the data.

4. What was the match criteria between voter and dead person? If birthdate, as
pointed out by Michael McDonald and now supported by the data I've examined,
that would be expected to generate false positives.

5. If the votes are not absentee, do not cluster into precincts, if the voter
history list is provably accurate, and if the match criteria uses SSN, the AG
may have something. Otherwise it's smoke.
