[EL] does anyone know where to find US Supreme Court transcripts from 1992 era?

I would like to see the US Supreme Court transcript in Norman v Reed, which was argued in 1991 and which was case 90-1126.  Is there any resource that has such things, either on-line or not?  I had a memory that they were in the Hastings Law Library in San Francisco, but I went there today and the librarian didn't know.  No reference librarian was available.  Hastings does have old US Supreme Court briefs on microfiche.
