Rick Pildes does a service in noting, in a very restrained way, the massive
wrong-headedness of the McGregor prosecution (on which DOJ mis-spent $50
million).  The Office of Public Integrity used to be one of the most highly
respected offices in Justice, with many of its attorneys going on to
judicial appointments and, in the case of one Eric Holder, to be Attorney
General.
