This morning Rick Hasen added two new very interesting blog posts to ElectionLawBlog.
He doesn't allow comments on his blog, so I will comment here.
Concerning the Indiana Election Board decision that US Senator Richard Lugar can't vote in Indiana until he fills out a new voter registration form, notice that it is the Democratic members of the Board who voted to do that.
Concerning the link to the column that asks "Does Americans Elect really have 400,000 delegates?" the author of the column doubts Americans Elect has that many delegates because there are so few votes by those delegates so far. But it seems obvious to me that the vast majority of delegates are waiting to see which candidates declare for that nomination. It wouldn't be rational to vote now.
