Sorry to clog your email box with a question about clogging email boxes.  I have gotten on some sort of legal PR spam list in the last few months.  I can identify all the emails because they generally announce some sort of litigation, they list what seems like a legitimate legal firm, and when I click on the "opt out" address, I am directed to a site that looks like:

	(FIRMNAME).pr-optout.com

I think I have tracked the firm that manages the PR list,  Vocus.Com.  They are the owner o the "pr-optout.com" domain.  If you google "pr-optout.com" it looks like a legitimate PR list.  The problem I have is that I can't remove myself globally and have to respond to each new email individually.

I'm trying to figure out how I got onto their lists and how to stop it.  Are they harvesting this listserv?  Has anyone else been getting these and been successful in removing your name?
