I hate to say it, but the Repubs are right. Here is what Bob Carey, former director of FVAP, says:
In the 2010 election, 200,000 military voters failed to cast their absentee ballots, the vast majority because the mail either failed to get their ballots to them on time, or failed to get them back home in time to count.
