If you are claiming that there is an enforceable right to receive a turkey
from Al Sharpton, the analogy might hold. One would also have to show that
the organization enforces the photo ID requirement uniformly but the food
bank I've seen in operation here locally does not deny those without photo
ID, even though ID is nominally required.
