There has a fundraising appeal on the page, but Steve linked to the page
to refer to the video. Geeze, there is "subscriber" info on most newspaper
pages that I see linked to on this listserv. Jim

It doesn’t border on a fundraising appeal. It is a fundraising appeal.

The Court's tilt has everything to do with the listserv so long as
campaign finance and voting rights cases are working their winding their way up --
and they are.

And if it is appropriate for Jeffrey Rosen and Jeff Toobin to comment on
the Court from the Left, I see no reason it cannot be done from a
Libertarian perspective or the Right.

This seems to me to be bordering on a fundraising appeal, which is not
appropriate for this list. It also has very little to do with the subject of
this listserv.

Thanks.

Last Wednesday, Rick wondered whether AP reporting indicates we've yet to
see all of the aftermath of the Court's last term.

I've asked a similar question, reduced to this fictional video.
