[EL] Note of...Tension in AP Piece on Supreme Court?

Just in from dinner.
The point of the video is to take to task Justices who might be inclined to
focus on anything other than the Constitution when making rulings.
Such is fair game when done by Jeffrey Rosen, Katrina vanden Heuval, Dahlia
Lithwick, Jeffrey Toobin and others from the Left. Such posts regularly
make it to the list.
And the Progressive public-relations approach to Constitutional results is
fair game, and posted to the list, when dissected by Richard Pildes.
I see no reason this cannot be done from the Right,
