#270DailyQuiz: When does the electoral college actually meet this year?  Pursuant to what authority? [10/23/12]

Answer to previous question: When is the only time there was a tie in the electoral college?  Who tied? [10/22/12]  1800.  Jefferson and Burr.  (But that led to the 12th Amendment, and there have been no ties since then.)  By the way, Grover Cleveland was Sheriff of Erie County, not Buffalo.
