I suggest a political rally in Ohio where people can contribute canned food that can’t make it to those that need it.
Seriously, on behalf of all of us who were effected, thank you.
In Greater Philadelphia, which is what I can speak to, the preparedness worked pretty well. A large number of people are without power still, but the attention seems to be focused appropriately.
There was also massive storm surge/flood issues in our area (and elsewhere). There’s very little that can be done from even as close as here, other than cash contributions to the Red Cross – they are spending a good chunk of money feeding and sheltering the folks who are still out of their homes.
