My favorite line from Texas v. Holder:

“After all, Lyndon Johnson’s 1948 Senate race notwithstanding, the dead cannot vote in Texas.”  Texas v. Holder pp. 35-6.

Ultimate proof that Texas is seeking to rig elections by denying the dead the right to vote.
