Mr. Johnson, I certainly agree with Michael that your perspective is valuable, given your extensive experience consulting for local jurisdictions, and I would welcome
a conversation (offline) about your practical expertise in California and Arizona - or anyone else's on the list in other states.
I am more than happy to stand corrected on my misunderstanding about your stance on Section 5.
I should say that we are currently working on a first technology assessment for a redistricting clearinghouse for New York State, and that among the options that we are exploring is to integrate DistrictBuilder in some way.
