[EL] Election law teacher database: please check for corrections

For Election Law profs who have submitted material to the election law 
teacher database:

Attached is the latest version, and it incorporates all changes which 
were sent in.

If there is anything incorrect or missing please notify my new 
assistant, Sara Galloway <sgalloway at law.uci.edu> by Monday.  I will then 
post the final version on the blog, and the next opportunity for updates 
and corrections will be in August.
