[EL] query about Bill Yellowtail ad

The Bill Yellowtail ad (accusing a congressional candidate of beating 
his wife) played a big role in the Supreme Court's McConnell case as an 
example of an "issue ad" that was really a candidate ad. Is anyone aware 
of any article or other source giving any details on the nature of the 
ad, and whether Yellowtail offered any response to the charges?
