[EL] anyone from Connecticut on this list?

I am intrigued that the Connecticut Supreme Court is taking so long to decide which party should be listed first on the ballot.  The hearing in that Court was September 12.  How are Connecticut election officials coping with the inability to print November 2012 ballots?
