[EL] Bork / Easterbrook brief in Buckley v. Valeo?

Does anyone have a copy of the Brief for the Attorney (possibly Solicitor?)
General in *Buckley v. Valeo*?

Westlaw has the brief that the AG joined with the FEC, but there is a
separate one filed by just the AG (SG?) co-authored with, among
others, Frank Easterbrook.

If so, I'd appreciate it if someone could mail it to me off-list. Thanks!
