[EL] JETS, EVT/WOTE'13 deadline today...

Hi,

I typically advertise the Electronic Voting Technology
Workshop/Workshop on Trustworthy Elections on this list as a superb
venue for multidisciplinary voting technology scholarship.

To make it more attractive for people that aren't in disciplines (like
computer science!) which focus on conference publications, we've
turned it into a rolling-deadline journal, the Journal of Election
Technology and Systems (JETS).

Alas, I neglected to send a note earlier and the deadline is today:

It's the first deadline of a three-deadline per year schedule, so
please feel free to submit your work any old time (it just won't be
presented in DC at this year's EVT/WOTE'13).
