I am violating Justin's request right off the bat!
Personally, what I would find useful is not a list of addresses but rather some sort of location where election law scholars can post syllabi and other teaching materials. A wiki would be a viable format.
There are some nice links if you search backwards on the election law listserv, but it would great to have these things in one place.

It's a database of email and snail mail addresses for list subscribers who wish to be listed. It's password-protected (username election, password available through Rick's assistant Andrew (acampbell at law.uci.edu)) to provide some protection against spam. I gather that it was originally intended as a repository of contact information for those who wished to receive reprints related to election law, though that certainly needn't be its only function.

Please respond to me, OFF-LIST, if you find the address book useful, either as a listed individual or someone using the list to make contact. If I get a substantial number of responses indicating that there is still demand for the address book, we'll happily keep it. If not, we'll let it lapse.
