[EL] APSA Dinner Thursday

            Last week I sent out a notice inviting you to the no-host dinner Thursday night, in connection with the annual panel of the Law and Political Process Study Group.  I asked you to let me know by Saturday if you'd like to come.  I just spoke to Miller's Pub and they said for Thursday night they can be pretty flexible.  Therefore, if you'd like to attend, please let me know and the chances are you will be able to.  Obviously, the chances will be better the earlier you let me know.
