[EL] how many people on this list have read either Game Change or Double Down?

I am curious as to whether people on this list have read either Game Change (the "inside" story of the 2008 pres. election) or Double Down (ditto for 2012 election)?  And if anyone who has read either one would express an opinion, I would be pleased.  Although they are titillating for what they reveal about the inner lives and struggles and characteristics of the leading presidential candidates, they also have a lot of material which, to my mind, shows how in our era, it is almost a requirement that someone who wants to be president must become intimately familiar and friendly with politically active people in their own party who live in Iowa and New Hampshire.  Of course we all know this generally, but reading the book reinforces this point.
