[EL] can anyone with access to WestLaw help me find a WL site?

The Central District of California (Los Angeles) enjoined California's early deadline for a new party to qualify for the ballot on May 21, 2012, and that west law cite is 2012 WL 2861349.

On October 18, 2012, the same US District Court then declared the deadline unconstitutional.  There is a LEXIS cite for the Oct. 18, 2012 decision (2012 US Dist LEXIS 150424, C.D.Cal. Oct 18 2012) so there is probably also a West Law cite for the Oct. 18 decision as well. If anyone has access to West Law cite, and can find that, I would appreciate it.  Thank you very much. If and when someone is able to answer my question, I will post another message to the election law list telling what it is, so that people will then know I already have the answer.
