[EL] Federal panel opens GOP computers in Wisconsin redistricting case

It's in one of the "closed" cases: Baldus v. Brennan.  Case info here

Substantive relief was granted, but there was an ongoing fee dispute, 
and then a discovery of documents allegedly withheld contrary to a 
discovery order, and the order arrives in connection with that latter 
ongoing dispute.
