Looking at the tables on the link that Michael McDonald sent (link is
below), it looks like district 37 will be majority minority soon: its VAP
is 50.6% white, but the total population (all ages) is only 48% white. So,
depending on citizenship and other factors, it could be that this will not
remain majority white for long.

Also, from a quick glance at the VAP racial breakdown, of the majority
white districts, this is the only one that is close to the 50% line. I.e.,
if white's are in the majority, they are at least 60% of the district and
very often more than 70% of the district.
