[EL] More on case with 5-year sentence for double voting (from ELB News and Commentary 7/18/13)

A five-year sentence is appalling.  Allowing a person with a history of
violence who is "prickly" enough to be haracterized sympathetically as
mentally ill to serve as a poll worker for 30 years is one for the books as
well.  What's in the water in Hamilton County?
